All products sold through Practical Business Tools are digital downloads, including Google Sheets templates and related instructional materials.

No physical products are shipped.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or copied immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered.

We do not normally offer refunds for accidental purchases, changes of mind, or failure to read the product description.

Problems With Your Purchase

We want our products to work as described.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchased product, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

If a product is defective or materially different from its description and we cannot resolve the problem, we will review your request for a refund.
